Terms of service

Welcome to Klearly Divine Living. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and orders

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. As our candles are hand-poured in small batches, slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where there has been a pricing or product information error.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Made-to-order products

Some products may be hand-poured or prepared after an order is placed. Any preparation time will be stated on the relevant product page and is separate from delivery time.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your rights under UK consumer law.

Product use and safety

Customers are responsible for following the candle care and safety instructions supplied with our products. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep candles away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials.

Website use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, or use our content or intellectual property unlawfully.

Intellectual property

Klearly Divine branding, original designs, written content and imagery belonging to us may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary. The version displayed on our website will be the current version.

Contact

If you have questions about these terms or an order, please contact Klearly Divine Living using the contact details provided on our website.

Once that is entered, save it with the ✓. Then we can mark Terms of Service ✅ and move straight to the next unfinished policy/check rather than revisiting anything we've already completed.
